The Gardens of Love fund

To finance maintenance of the community areas and shared utilities, we will set up a fund that all Gardians pay into, the Gardens of Love fund, or (G.O.L.  becomes the more fun) ‘Golly fund’.

We will also pay into this fund to set up community projects and at a later stage, when the community projects are largely complete, we can use these funds to help finance new Gardens of Love Communities in locations all over the UK and beyond. This expansion financing will be done in the form of a loan, ensuring the investment can flow back into the fund, to be used again.

Income streams from the different projects we run, such as a restaurant and visitor facilities etc., can flow back into the Golly fund, in turn helping to finance new projects and eventually new communities.

It is possible to use this fund as an investment fund for both Gardians and the wider community.
